Hello and welcome! I’m Sheila (pronounced Shey-la)
I’m a certified embodiment and relationship coach, as well as a programme and partnerships manager with two decades of experience under my belt.
I’ve worked in the creative and social impact sectors across a range of regions and settings – from small charities to big tech.
I care deeply about creating a kinder and fairer world and I’m increasingly inspired by how ‘inner work’ and healthy relational dynamics are an essential part of this process.
That’s why I’ve set up my coaching practice serving individuals, teams and communities.
I want to help people have thriving relationships on a personal, professional and collective level.
My mission is to foster love, resilience and soft power in the world.

More about me – a few fun facts!
I was born in Madrid to a Spanish father and Equato-Guinean mother and moved to London aged 12. When I arrived to the UK, I knew such little English that I couldn’t tell the difference between the questions ‘how are you?’ and ‘how old are you?’! Bless little old me!
I love creams and scents and I sometimes make home-made body butters with my own essential oil blends!
I love dancing and used to perform at different events, festivals and carnivals. In 2012, during the summer of the London Olympics, I was selected to be the ‘poster girl’ for the Mayor of London’s Thames Festival (now Totally Thames)!
I have a mischievous son who lights me up every day and whose name means miracle. He’s my biggest blessing and I feel forever grateful to be his mama.
I named my childhood pet (a beautiful, rescued Siamese cat) Tina after the late Tina Turner who was an idol of mine growing up!
