Great to have you here! I’m glad you’ve carved out five minutes of your day to check in with yourself.

This is self-care in action. 

Before you hit play, I wanted to share two quick tips for you to make the most out of this check-in: 

  • Find a comfortable position and space before you begin. 

  • Feel free to gently tap, touch and caress yourself throughout the body scan to bring more awareness and love to your different body parts. 

For those of you who like journaling – once you’ve finished the body scan, I invite you to start completing the following sentence: 

“My body is…”

Write in free-flow form to express how you currently relate to, think and feel about your body and see what comes up for you!
